Cancellation policy
Daily life and challenges can complicate attending your appointment. In the event you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment, please give at least 2 business days’ notice. This will allow other clients the opportunity to use these times.
Sessions cancelled up to 48 hours prior will receive a refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.
Sessions cancelled up to 24 hours will receive a refund, minus 25%
If your appointment can be moved to another time in the same week there will be no cancellation fee.
Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
If there are unexpected circumstances of genuine emergency, it is important to advise the practitioner as soon as possible. In such circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived, at the sole discretion of the practitioner.
Pre-Paid Package sessions
When you pre-pay for package sessions you will save an amount according to the pre- payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-paid packages.
By purchasing pre-paid session packages, you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
Cancellations must be by email, or text.
Late Arrival
The time allocated for your session is reserved especially for you. Therefore, being on time for your session is necessary. Please bear in mind that if you do arrive late for an appointment, your session will still conclude at the allocated time, and you will be charged the full session fee.

Legally, tarot readings are classified as ‘for entertainment purposes only’ and any action you take based on tarot guidance is your personal choice.
By buying a tarot reading you are agreeing to the following statement:
