Is it time to step into your own power?

From early childhood I found myself receiving information from Spirit in the context of being able to predict things that hadn’t yet happened. The only way I could explain it at that time was, “I just knew”.

When I started working as a Reflexologist over 30 years ago, I was often asked for advice on many different aspects of health. These questions led me, over the years, to train and practice intuitive medicine, which included Kinesiology, Reiki, Tarot and Numerology; my aim was to offer holistic transformational services according to an individual’s need and desire for positive change.

Using some of these modalities I developed Transformational Coaching, whereby I promote inspired action to create the best life you want to live. I have been fortunate to study with some of the most respected teachers in the world, including Richard Knight, Biddy Tarot, Ali Campbell, Richard Abbott, Terri Weston and Armand Diaz amongst others.

In 2019 I was diagnosed with cancer. This was naturally a life-defining time in my life. I have, thankfully, recovered, and choose to view this difficult time as a (challenging!) gift, as it has deepened my understanding and empathy for people facing their own individual life-defining moments.

Transformational Therapies aim to enable you to navigate your life through inspired action rather than reactive action (the kind that comes from worry, stress, anxiety, and pressure). Inspired action flows from being connected to our Source energy or to ‘Our Higher Self’.

In the last couple of years, I have evolved my Transformational Coaching, Numerology and Tarot consultancy to online, thus enabling my clients all over the world to access their unlimited potential.
