It is solution focused and future driven. It is looking at where you are now and moving towards where you want to be.
There is no goal setting, marketing plans, excel spreadsheets, or homework. As your intuitive, non-judgemental collaborator I will help you explore your current beliefs and the necessary breakthroughs to help you figure out how you can make changes going forward to becoming the most authentic version of yourself.
